We are aggregate producers in central Ohio. We hated cleaning our screens due to pegging, high moisture, and got tired of slowing our plant when our finish products became contaminated with fines. We invented a solution and are pleased to offer it for sale to other producers.
How does it work? Lets take a look at a side by side comparison. Running on right screen, paused on left. Our product uses a 3/8 chain on a gear motor that constantly sweeps left to right never staying in one place to allow for clean media across your entire deck.
